The CCLPRL is a collection of practical tools and resources intended to strengthen key areas of community college board and administrative operations.
The Community College Legal and Policy Resource Library (CCLPRL) is a compilation of model documents, policy development tips, training videos and materials, and other resources intended to support community college board and administrative operations. The CCLPRL is accessible through TASB Community College Services’ Policy Online® Governance and Management Library.
The CCLPRL incorporates the Board and Administrative Resources (BAR) collection of model documents that community colleges may customize for their own use, including:
- Model board operating procedures
- Model board resolutions
- Model administrative regulations
- Other customizable forms, notices, and charts
The BAR also contains resources and links to facilitate compliance with relevant statutes, rules, and case law governing a particular topic.
Subscribe to the CCLPRL
To subscribe to the CCLPRL, a community college must be a TASB member, and the college must subscribe to the Community College Policy Reference Manual (CCPRM), Community College Policy Updating Services, and Policy Online.
After a college subscribes to the CCLPRL, the 10 officials and employees designated by the college to access the CCPRM will also be granted access to the CCLPRL.
