  • A public official may violate citizens’ First Amendment rights by blocking their posts on the official’s social media page.
  • The U.S. Supreme Court denied an application for writ of injunction pending appeal by a university student group who claimed the university prohibited them from hosting a campus drag show in violation of the First Amendment.
