TASB Community College Salary Survey Update 2025

The deadline for Texas community colleges to submit the 2025-2026 TASB Community College Salary Survey has been extended to October 16.

With the results of this survey, member colleges will be able to create and download custom job market reports on faculty salaries and benchmark job duty days and pay.

Participation facts:

• Since the survey opened, 16 colleges have completed their survey and 16 more are in progress. This is some of the highest participation we have seen by this point of the survey in years!
• Early responses have come from 10 different ESC regions, covering a wide area of the state.
• With 50 community colleges in the state, we typically receive just over 30 responses each year.
• Due to the amount of data required in the survey, survey participation is typically slow at the start and picks up as we approach the deadline. This year’s submissions have been steady and consistent.
