• Student failed to provide sufficient evidence to overcome dismissal of his claims that his removal from the classroom violated his First, Fourth, and Fourteenth Amendment rights.
• An internal directive issued by the U.S. Department of Education (ED) in February 2025 violates the federal Administrative Procedure Act. 
• ED restored the 2020 Title IX regulations, formalizing the vacatur of the 2024 Final Rule.
