Faculty Job Descriptions Now Available
TASB HR Services is pleased to announce the addition of faculty job descriptions to the HR Services Resource Library (member login required).
The faculty job descriptions can be found in the Academics/Instruction Job Descriptions collection and include:
- Adjunct Faculty
- Faculty Instructor - Workforce
- Full-Time Professor - Faculty
Our model job descriptions are available to download and customize to meet individual institution needs.
We are committed to enhancing resources in the HR Services Resource Library for our members. Current, accurate job descriptions are key to successfully posting vacancies, communicating employee duties and responsibilities, and managing employee performance. The Model Job Description section contains many job descriptions unique to higher education and can be used to support your college’s efforts.
Erin Kolecki
Erin Kolecki joined the HR Services team as an HR and compensation consultant in 2018. Kolecki assists with compensation planning and development, training, and other HR projects. She has nine years of experience consulting in support of Texas public schools.
Kolecki holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in human resource management from Texas A&M University. She holds a SHRM-CP and a compensation analyst credential (CAC).
