• The U.S. Supreme Court clarified the standard for establishing an adverse action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
• The U.S. Department of Education issued amended regulations adopted under Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972 to clarify their application and updated the procedures community colleges must follow to process Title IX complaints.
• The Texas governor issued an executive order requiring institutions of higher education to address antisemitic speech and acts.
